Life can be like a big butt sometimes. Its a weight you were born to carry that everyone sees and can comment on, but only you get to carry. No one can take your load from you because its built on your frame and you have to work with what you got!(Dwordslayer,2017) I spent most of my life so far feeling conscious that I have this 'trailer' of weight I carry around with me. Some folks think its great to have this 'big butt' but it can make one the 'butt of jokes' and the person who stands out in the crowd for all the wrong reasons. Facing your truth The past couple weekends have found me in a place of reflection on what a few of my friends want. Its not easy to listen to folks you love share over and over the same problems and situations and hurts and keep quiet. Okay, truthfully I do give my thoughts and observations and many times I’m the devil’s advocate. Looking back I had a light bulb moment where I finally understood that everyone is where they want to be. What they want from me is consistent loyalty, and maybe not advice or my thoughts /opinions when requested. They want me to say what they want to hear. I’m always looking for places to take photographs to share on my blogs. It’s not hard to find images which inspire, as beauty can be found almost anywhere. Seems I’m always back to the point of perspective. If I show you four photos, taken on the same road, do you think they will look the same? Let’s try this.. They all look the same, but have visible differences, which are easy to see. If you were asked what each photo represented, the first answer may be – a road. If you were asked what was the major color in each photo then green would probably be the answer by most folks. Thoughts on a rainy Saturday I like to watch mushy romantic movies. They remind me of dreamy years, almost certainly eons ago. Most of these movies have a happy ever after ending, and they remind me that we choose our happiness path. So here are my thoughts on romantic love – it really is possible. I have seen many live stories and read many tales of forever after. I have even sat on the sidelines encouraging my friends in their love relationships. Looking in I am happy that love exists. Purpose  This is an impromptu post..."we can listen, share an opinion when asked, and even offer advice, but it is the decision of an individual to determine their 'comfortable action'. Reflecting female thoughts I'm quite fond of our male species - I have to be, having borne two wonderful sons and my daughter. Life happens and if you are privileged to be around children growing up, you learn a lot about yourself. I grew up in a home filled with females  and had ideas from relatives, family, and friends about the male humans.However, until my sons were birthed, its safe to say, I knew nothing about males. In getting to know and understand my sons , I learnt about me, and my value to them in their male haven. They think differently, and they should because they are wired differently. Get Ready... 2016 - is a year I take chances and challenge myself to do something different.I need to! A deeper meaning – Endurance “Endurance is built through conditioning with adversity & challenges!” There are times when we are faced with a choice to keep going on or to give up because it’s just too hard. Is it really too hard, too unbearable, too difficult to press on and continue to the end? Capabilities are within your capacity! "Expand your capacity, and you will do more!" The human body can do many things. It will move, grow, expand, shrink, break, heal. It has the capacity to do much more than expected by the individual. Our minds will work with our conscious and subconscious expectations of ourselves to deliver what we want. We can only do, what we are capable of training ourselves to do.  Sportsmen will channel all their mental and physical capacity to train for maximum potential capability. A coach will take his team and expose them to difficult and challenging conditions to help stimulate their minds and bodies outside of comfort zones. The zone outside of one's present capabilities expands capacity. Ending any year can be a reflective process. It is drawing near, the time to share a message to close off one year and start another. This makes me think about an eclipse. As the blocking, shadowing or covering of something which will be revealed again- is like a rebirth. Can this be the way we end one year and enter into the new unknown? Getting past the last twelve month period is something  longed for and dreaded at the same time. I knew where I was and the changes.
